How It Works
My goal is to make the whole ordering and inclusion handoff process as simple as possible. With minimal steps involved and a streamlined process, ordering your keepsake jewelry is quick and easy. I promise!
Here is what you can expect
1. You choose your design then pay for and place your order online.
2. After ordering, you will receive an email with details on how to package your inclusions and where to mail them. You will be sent an email confirmation when I receive your parcel with an approximate completion date for your order.
3. Once I have your inclusions I will begin working on your one of a kind piece of custom keepsake jewelry. Generally this is a 18-20 week process. Updated turnaround times will be posted to the top of our webpage if they are greater than 18-20 weeks. When I have completed your piece I will get in touch with you via email letting you know its ready. I will mail your completed piece back to you at no addtional cost to you.
