Refund/Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of being placed.

Orders for sterling silver and gold filled jewelry that are cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 15% restocking fee if you require a refund, or the full amount can be applied to a store credit. Your inclusions will be mailed back to you at your request (cremation ashes will be mailed back regardless).  Solid gold jewelry is subject to a 50% restocking fee.  

Once your keepsake is complete there will be NO refund or store credit issued. If you have a concern about your piece this will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

There are no refunds or free replacements for lost or stolen jewelry.  If your parcel does not arrive in the mail, please contact us.

The Milky Fern will not replace or offer refunds for rings and/or any other jewelry due to an improper size request from the buyer.  Solid gold rings can be resized, but the cost and responsibility is up to the owner/purchaser and not The Milky Fern.
